Job summary

UNSW's School of Physics in Sydney invites applications for a full-time, fixed-term Post Doctoral Research Associate position. Qualifications

• PhD in Astrophysics with a focus on stellar astrophysics and asteroseismology.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish in leading international journals.
• Experience with data analysis and stellar modelling in asteroseismology.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on asteroseismology using space- and ground-based data.
• Develop and apply software tools for large multi-dimensional data sets.
