Qualifikationen

• PhD in Astrophysics with a focus on stellar astrophysics and asteroseismology.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced data analysis and stellar modelling.
• Proven ability to publish in leading international journals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform research on asteroseismology (solar-like oscillations) using space missions (Kepler/K2/TESS/Roman/Gaia) and ground-based data.
• Develop and apply software analysis tools for large multi-dimensional data sets (time series and single-epoch).
• Publish and contribute to high-impact scientific journals.
• Attend and present at national and international conferences.
• Collaborate with and mentor graduate and Honours students within the group.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and UNSW safety policies.
