The position focuses on asteroseismology of solar-like oscillations using data from Kepler, TESS, Gaia and other sources, with opportunities to mentor students and publish in top journals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in advanced data analysis and stellar modelling.
• Ability to conduct independent research and publish in leading journals.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on asteroseismology using space mission data (Kepler/K2/TESS/Roman/Gaia) and ground-based sources.
• Develop software tools for processing large multi-dimensional data sets.
• Publish research in leading journals and present at conferences.
• Mentor graduate and honours students as part of the group.
• Collaborate with team members and uphold health and safety policies.
