Job summary

7-Eleven Australia in Cairns is seeking an Associate Store Leader for the Woree store. This full‑time role provides hands-on experience across day-to-day operations, customer service, inventory and store presentation, with coaching from a Store Manager.

You'll lead and support teams, promote safety and food safety, drive promotions, and step up in the Store Manager's absence. Training includes Food Safety Certificate, with clear career pathways to Store Leader and roles in the Support Office.

Join us as an Associate Store Leader in our Woree store in Cairns, where you'll gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of your own. This full-time role gives you hands‑on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way.
