7-Eleven is seeking an Associate Store Leader for our Woree store in Cairns, Australia. This full-time role offers hands-on experience across store performance with coaching from a Store Manager, helping you grow toward running your own store.

You will lead daily operations, support inventory and presentation, ensure safety and food safety, drive promotions, and step in when the Store Manager is unavailable. Training includes Food Safety and career pathways.

This full-time role gives you hands‑on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way.
