Vocus Group is seeking an Associate SD WAN Implementation Architect to act as a technical lead for customer deployments of managed network services. You will design low-level SD-WAN configurations, document requirements, and coordinate with sales, pre-sales, engineering and provisioning to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities include leading workshops with customers, creating templates and standards, and taking ownership of design and deployment escalations.
The Associate SD WAN Implementation Architect is a developing technical lead for customer deployments of managed network services, accountable for the solution design and configuring the SD WAN platforms for the customer.
With support from the Implementation team an in conjunction with an SDWAN Architect they will take the high-level product offering and design compiled during the presales process, gather detailed requirements from the customer, create a low-level design and manage major aspects of the customer’s solution implementation, including the configuration of their network, security policies and firewalls.
The role will liaise with customers and several internal teams, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Provisioning, Operations, etc, to develop the correct design for the customer and ensure they have a seamless onboarding experience.
