Job summary

AMF (Australian Mortgage Fund Holdings) is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support brokers and lenders within our private credit and non-bank lending space. You will nurture relationships, manage deal flow from enquiry to settlement, and help expand our lender network.

Qualifications

• Experience in property lending, broker support, BDM support or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and lender BDMs
• Acting as a trusted and responsive point of contact for key stakeholders
• Managing an active pipeline and progressing opportunities through to settlement
• Following up outstanding deals and re-engaging inactive opportunities
• Assisting with lender selection, scenario discussions and deal structuring
• Identifying new business opportunities and increasing broker engagement
• Representing AMF at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
• Supporting compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives
