Job summary

AMF (Australian Mortgage Fund Holdings) is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support brokers and lenders within our private credit and non-bank lending space. You will nurture relationships, manage deal flow from enquiry to settlement, and help expand our lender network.

At Australian Mortgage Fund Holdings (AMF), we offer a purpose-built gateway into the world of Private Credit and Non-Bank Lending, supporting brokers and clients with exclusive access to flexible, high-impact funding lines to deliver tailored finance solutions. Due to our continued growth in this this space – AMF is now looking to grow the team to cater for our next level of expansion.

We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Associate Relationship Manager to support broker and lender engagement, manage deal flow, and contribute to business growth within our growing non-bank lending arm of the business.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Product & Development Executive to maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage an active pipeline of opportunities, and ensure deals progress efficiently from enquiry through to settlement.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Experience in property lending, broker support, BDM support or financial services
• Understanding of the end-to-end property lending lifecycle
• Experience working with brokers or non-bank lenders (highly regarded)
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, customer-focused and commercially minded approach
• Exposure to a broad range of lending transactions and stakeholders
