Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Product Manager to shape the future of business services through technology and automation. You will work within the Innovation Team in EY's Assurance practice, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to validate problems and shape viable product ideas.

You will explore emerging technologies, especially AI, and apply design thinking, experimentation, and DVF frameworks to drive funding decisions and progressive development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience applying Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies to discover, validate and develop digital products or services.
• Foundational product management skills, including customer discovery, value proposition development, prioritisation and roadmap planning.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical application in business and product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Innovation Team in identifying, evaluating and shaping new product and technology opportunities.
• Conduct customer, market and stakeholder discovery to validate problems, opportunities and potential solutions.
• Apply Design Thinking and the Desirability, Viability and Feasibility (DVF) framework to assess ideas and develop recommendations for funding and progression.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies, particularly AI, with a willingness to learn and build prototypes that support product discovery, validation and innovation outcomes.
