Job summary

EY seeks an Associate Product Manager to shape the future of business services through technology and automation. Based in Australia, you will help innovate how multi-disciplinary teams operate, combining business insight with the latest tech to deliver value.

The role supports flexible hours and opportunities across EY offices nationwide. You will work on customer and market discovery, apply DVF, and explore AI-enabled opportunities while developing prototypes and recommendations for

Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience applying Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies to discover, validate and develop digital products or services.
Foundational product management skills including customer discovery, value proposition development, prioritisation and roadmap planning.
Understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical application in business and product innovation.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Innovation Team in identifying, evaluating and shaping new product and technology opportunities.
Conduct customer, market and stakeholder discovery to validate problems, opportunities and potential solutions.
Apply Design Thinking and the DVF framework to assess ideas and develop funding recommendations.
Explore and apply emerging technologies, particularly AI, with a willingness to learn and build prototypes.
