Job summary

Advanced Navigation seeks an Associate Product Manager to bridge hardware and software engineering with market demand. You will translate field data and usage insights into actionable product requirements, supporting Senior PMs across the navigation product lifecycle in a deep-tech environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to deliver dashboards, ROI models, and data-driven opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative or technical field is required.
• 3+ years in a technical role, preferably in deep tech, robotics or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Comfortable with highly technical product concepts like IMUs, GNSS, robotics, sensor fusion, or acoustics.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and modern product management frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain complex statistical models to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious mindset and rapid learning of complex technical frameworks.
• Attention to detail with bias for action and decisive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipelines for product performance, analytics, and customer usage behavior.
• Provide data-driven analytics from marketing channels to inform product decisions.
• Partner with Senior Product Managers to lead product discovery using data-backed hypotheses and design thinking.
• Model ROI and conduct financial/strategic planning for new product updates globally.
• Perform competitive intelligence and market fit analysis within defense and commercial applications.
• Support unifying Product & Tech, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support and Marketing.
• Synthesize raw data and customer support feedback into prioritized engineering requests.
• Prioritize engineering tasks and establish data-governance standards for measuring success.
• Drive rapid prototypes of dashboards and insights, iterating with product shifts.
