Job summary

Advanced Navigation is seeking an Associate Product Manager to bridge hardware/software engineering with market demands. You will translate field-testing, usage data, and market dynamics into actionable insights for the navigation product lifecycle, working closely with the Product Team in a deep-tech environment.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid prototyping of dashboards, and collaboration across engineering, sales, and marketing to drive product decisions globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role within deep tech, robotics or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Comfort around highly technical product concepts such as IMUs, GNSS, robotics, sensor fusion, or acoustics.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and modern product management frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain complex statistical models to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipelines for product performance, analytics and usage behavior.
• Support product discovery phases using data-backed hypotheses and design thinking frameworks.
• Collaborate across Product, Tech, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support and Marketing to prioritize features and drive data governance.
