Job summary

Advanced Navigation, a leader in AI robotics and navigation technologies, seeks an Senior R&D Product Manager to own the INS product family end-to-end. You will bridge market needs with technical execution, leading trade-offs across hardware, firmware, and software to deliver world-class PNT solutions.

You will drive commercial success, define market requirements, manage the roadmap, and optimize profitability while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Deep technical authority and ability to engage specialized engineering teams.
• Strategic conflict resolution between SW and HW disciplines.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing and P&L.
• Excellent communication to convey technical trade-offs to executives.
• Minimum 5 years in technical and commercial leadership.
• Broad experience across hardware, embedded firmware, and software cycles.
• Inertial Navigation domain knowledge (GNSS/INS).
• Defense industry exposure with Assured PNT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial success: own the end-to-end P&L, revenue growth, and market penetration strategy for the INS product family.
• Market requirement definition: define and document high-fidelity market requirements based on technical discovery with customers and industry trends.
• Roadmap leadership: architect and manage the INS product roadmap, balancing NPI with sustaining engineering.
• Portfolio optimization: analyze sales mix and pricing to optimize product profitability.
• Lead Technical Trade-offs: lead daily trade-off discussions between HW, FW and SW teams.
• Stage-gate management: oversee product lifecycle from concept through development, verification, launch, and obsolescence.
• Technical discovery: lead deep-dive technical sessions with customers and partners to validate features and HW variants.
• Lifecycle oversight: collaborate with Engineering and support to prioritize fixes and improvements.
• Marketing partnership: provide the technical core for collateral and coordinate with Marketing.
• Growth & values: align with company values and drive strategic tasks as product line expands.
