Job summary

Rockingham SHS ESC is seeking a dynamic Associate Principal to join our executive leadership team. This role will lead teaching and learning, implement whole-school approaches, and ensure positive student outcomes, wellbeing and engagement.

The successful candidate will work with a collaborative High Performing Teams culture, support staff and families, and drive change management in a complex disability-inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a senior education role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs.
• Ability to lead change management and improve student outcomes.
