Maryborough District Health Service invites applications for a Permanent Part-Time Nurse Unit Manager in a rural Maryborough hospital. The role supports leadership in critical care, Emergency/ICU settings, and ongoing professional growth in partnership with an innovative, patient-centred team.

The position requires Advanced Life Support and post-graduate for Critical Care Nursing (or progress toward). Enjoy a welcoming rural community, relocation support, and opportunities for leadership

• Advanced Life Support Certification is essential.
• Clinical leadership experience in a high-acuity setting (preferred).

What You Bring

• Clinical experience in a high acute setting such as Emergency/ICU (preferred)
• Experience in a leadership position (preferred)
• A post-graduate in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent (or working towards same) (essential)
• Advanced Life Support Certified (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A desire to make a difference in a regional healthcare setting
