Job summary

Mansfield District Hospital in Victoria is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Centre (UCC). You will provide safe, person-centred nursing care across the patient journey in a fast-paced environment.

With a minimum of 3 years' clinical nursing experience and current AHPRA registration, you will assess, triage and respond to changing patient needs while collaborating with an attentive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience.
• Recent acute, emergency, urgent care or similar clinical experience highly regarded.
• Strong assessment, prioritisation and clinical decision-making skills.
• Current or working towards relevant emergency/urgent care competencies, including ALS/RUCNP/FLEC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• A commitment to safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
• A positive and proactive approach to teamwork.
• A willingness to support and mentor developing staff.

About the Role
