Mansfield District Hospital invites applications for an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to cover night duty. The role is a fixed-term leave replacement from May 2026 to August 2026, based in Buckland, Mansfield District Hospital, Victoria.

You will support the Nurse Unit Manager, coordinate patient care activities, supervise nursing staff, and uphold high standards of nursing practice across the unit. All clinical staff work across 24 hours and 7 days, including public holidays.

Classification: Associate Nurse Unit Manager YW11-YW12 based on experience classification as per the Nurses-Midwives-Enterprise-Agreement-2024-2028

As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the efficient operation of the nursing unit. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
