Goulburn Valley Health in regional Victoria is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Surgical Unit as Associate Nurse Unit Manager. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient care, and support staff development in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

The role covers General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and Urology and is offered as a permanent part-time position with a focus on patient safety and continuous improvement.

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Surgical Unit as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

Our unit provides care across a diverse range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology and Urology, offering a challenging and rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient care, support staff development, and contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about patient-centred care, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
