GV Health in Victoria is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Planned Surgery Access Unit as an Endoscopy Nurse Navigator on a fixed term, part-time basis (32 hours per fortnight).

The role focuses on improving timely access to endoscopy care by supporting long-wait cohorts, coordinating surveillance programs, and guiding patients through their endoscopy journey with education and care coordination.

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Planned Surgery Access Unit as an Endoscopy Nurse Navigator.

This role will focus on improving timely access to care for endoscopy patients by supporting long-wait cohorts, coordinating surveillance programs, and navigating patients through their endoscopy journey. The position plays a key role in ensuring patients receive appropriate follow-up, education, and care coordination while supporting service improvement initiatives across planned surgery pathways

Located in Rushworth, Waranga Health is a 36-bed aged-care facility. The health service includes a four-bed acute care unit, a district nursing service, outpatient ambulatory consulting services and a dedicated palliative care suite and respite bed. Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a talented multidisciplinary team working across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.
