Job summary

Metro North Health in Brisbane is seeking a collaborative and proactive professional to support the Emergency and Trauma Centre in a temporary part-time capacity. You will co-ordinate human and material resources and assist in delivering efficient, cost-effective services in a high-pressure environment.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will participate in workforce planning, monitor capacity, and help build flexible staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate human and material resources for the Emergency and Trauma Centre.
• Contribute to effective, cost-efficient management of hospital resources in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
• Participate in workforce planning and management strategies.
