The Brisbane-based engineering firm is expanding its Electrical Services division and seeks an Electrical Engineer to join the team as a Team Leader, guiding projects from inception to completion.

You will work with a seasoned group to elevate designs across education, healthcare, government, residential and commercial sectors, focusing on sustainable solutions and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in a Building Services environment as an Electrical Engineer.
• Design & analysis of electrical, power, lighting, communications, security and data services.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, especially client-facing.
• Team player and personable.
• Advanced technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Electrical Engineering assignments from project start to finish.
• Ensure tasks are completed to an exceptional standard.
• Commitment to carrying out work in accordance with specific Australian codes & standards, and procedures.
• Manage assigned tasks to meet project needs and proactively work with other team members to ensure that project goals are met.
• Ensure all interfaces are identified and managed in the execution of all projects.
• Ensure costs and timeframes are effectively controlled.
• Attend site inspections and client meetings.
• Provide detailed designs of Electrical Services.

The Role
