We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead - Business Analysis to work on major client projects in Australia. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about creating an impact and harnessing technology’s transformative power.

Role Description:

As an Associate Lead - Business Analysis, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure technical excellence by developing business requirements, designing processes, and supporting project delivery with minimal disruption to the business.

Detailed Job Description:

• Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
• Apply Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
• Conduct event storming and apply big picture methodology for microservices
• Develop ubiquitous language, bounded context, and context maps
• Utilize Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques
• Leverage domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom with hands-on experience
• Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps)
• Perform manual, automation, and UAT testing
• Strong experience in the auction business model with retail and financial products/services
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics
• Mentor end users on application functionalities
• Expertise in program and project management
• Hands-on experience in UX design
• Solid knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries
• Design and implement enterprise systems using DDD, FDD, and SOA
• Capture requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, use case diagrams, and process flows
• Requirement elicitation for web, desktop, and mobile (Android/iOS) applications
• Identify and manage project risks and impacts
• Knowledge of Dual-track Agile Helix and P3 framework for product engineering
• Deliver business solution design documentation and ensure design principle traceability
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and shape product backlogs
• Conduct UAT with cross-functional teams
• Provide subject matter expertise and incremental value delivery
• Analyze data and visualize business-relevant conclusions
• Develop UI designs for web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with developers
• Generate and maintain process documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
