Job summary

Accenture Song in Melbourne is seeking a senior technology architect who can connect business goals with scalable technology. You will design and orchestrate interconnected systems across media, data and operations, translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

You will lead API integration, automation and AI enablement, building dashboards and data reporting capabilities while guiding teams across product, media and operations. This role is on-site in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing interconnected systems and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and system architecture principles.
• Hands-on capability with Python and automation scripting.
• Experience implementing AI frameworks or agentic systems in marketing or media.
• Proven dashboard development and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, connect and orchestrate systems and tools supporting media, data and operational delivery
• Lead the technology relationship with DeltaX, acting as the connection between Accenture Song and DeltaX across system design and integration
• Integrate planning, buying, reporting and analytics platforms into a connected technology ecosystem
• Develop connectivity between tools using APIs, Python, coding and workflow automation
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve interoperability across platforms
• Design and implement scalable system architectures built for automation and AI integration
• Establish and maintain agentic AI systems that improve efficiency, data flow and creative delivery
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they can strengthen the broader technology ecosystem
• Build an adaptable architecture capable of evolving as platforms and technologies change
• Build dashboards, reporting layers and visualisation capabilities that make information actionable
• Integrate first-party and third-party data sources to support automated reporting and measurement
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity and governance across connected systems
• Partner with Analytics and Operations teams to create reporting workflows capable of operating at scale
• Partner with internal teams to understand business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance across product, media and operations
• Establish clear documentation across tools, APIs and automation processes
• Support teams in understanding and effectively using the technology ecosystem
• Encourage experimentation, problem-solving and continual improvement across the technology stack

What You’ll Do

• Significant experience designing and managing interconnected systems, tools and workflows

• Strong dashboard development, data visualisation and reporting capability


• Experience working with data connectors and analytics tools
