SA Health in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an Associate Director Clinical Safety Systems to lead the Clinical Safety Systems work stream within the Safety & Quality Unit. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team and drive statewide programs that promote patient safety through data governance and systematic improvement.
The role requires strategic planning, development and implementation of engagement strategies, and expert consultancy to statewide initiatives, with mandatory immunisation
