Qualifications

You won’t be handed a chair and a patient list and left to figure it out.

We’re looking for an Associate Dentist who wants to grow with us. Properly grow, not simply fill a rostered day.

We’re a small, independent private practice in Chatswood looking for someone to start 3 days per week, with the opportunity for your days, responsibility and patient base to grow as you develop.

For the right person, there is a genuine pathway toward becoming a leading practitioner within the practice.

To be considered, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dentist
• Current AHPRA registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in developing your career in private practice

Mentorship that actually matters

One of our senior dentists is gradually moving toward retirement and will be directly involved in mentoring you.

You’ll have access to decades of clinical experience, treatment planning knowledge and patient communication skills, along with the opportunity to learn from someone who has built long-term relationships with patients over many years.

You’ll also have the support of our Oral Health Therapist with adult scope, so you’re never expected to carry the entire clinical load yourself.

You don’t need to know everything. You need to want to learn.

You don’t need extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners or implants. We can teach you.
