All 3 days preferred, however we are open to the right dentist across any of these days.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based in Newtown, NSW. The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and patient education aligned with Complete Wellness Dentistry principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing a range of general dental treatments, maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with the wider dental and support team, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves communicating clearly with patients about treatment options, promoting oral‑systemic health awareness, and contributing to a positive, respectful, and efficient practice environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant Australian dental board and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
• Demonstrated competence in general dentistry, including diagnostics, restorative procedures, preventive care, and patient management.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and build trust with diverse patient groups.
• Commitment to holistic care, with interest in the relationship between oral health and overall wellness.
• Sound knowledge of infection control standards, clinical safety practices, and ethical professional conduct.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team and contribute to a supportive practice culture.
• Willingness to engage in continuing professional development and to adopt new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
• Previous experience in private practice or a similar clinical setting in Australia is highly regarded but not strictly required.
