Job summary

Natural Dentistry in Sydney's North Shore seeks an experienced Senior Dentist for a part-time role, Wednesdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays, delivering restorative, prosthodontic, ortho/invisalign and cosmetic care through a holistic lens. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in general dentistry.
• Strong competency across restorative, prosthodontic, ortho/invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.
• Clinical interests in surgical dentistry and orthodontics highly regarded.
• Alignment with holistic and integrative care with biocompatible materials.
• Comfortability working in environments that do not use fluoride unless clinically indicated.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dentist to join the team in a part-time capacity, working Wednesdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays.

This role is anchored in general dentistry, with a strong focus on providing restorative, prosthodontic, ortho/invisalign and cosmetic treatments, delivered through a holistic lens. You will provide comprehensive examinations, advanced treatment planning and management of complex cases. This role offers the opportunity to practice at a high clinical level with holistic and integrative practice philosophy, backed by strong clinical support.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 year's experience in general dentistry, comprehensive diagnosis, advanced treatment planning and management of complex multidisciplinary cases
• Strong competency across restorative, prosthodontic, ortho/invisalign and cosmetic dentistry with confidence in delivering high-value treatment plans and aesthetic outcomes.
• Clinical interests in surgical dentistry and orthodontics would be highly regarded
• Alignment with holistic and integrative dental philosophy which includes minimally invasive, evidence-based care, with consideration given to oral-systemic health, biocompatible materials and conservative treatment approaches
• Comfortability working in an environment that does not utilise fluoride unless clinically indicated
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with patients and staff to foster collaboration and deliver a strong consultative service
• Patient-centred, ethical approach to care
