Bilby Dental in Yarrabilba, Queensland is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy, well-equipped practice with a loyal patient base. Start with one to two clinical days per week and the option of one Saturday per month, in a collaborative, clinician-first team.

Qualifications

Our patient base is expanding steadily, and this role has opened purely because demand is outpacing our current chair time. In other words: you'll walk into busy books, not build them from scratch.

The role

• One to two clinical days per week to start, with real scope to grow as demand continues to build.

• Plus the option of one Saturday per month — reserved for scheduled treatments or emergencies, so it's a focused, productive, well-planned day.

• Full general scope with steady, loyal patient flow and a highly capable dental assisting and front-desk team supporting you.

• A collaborative, no-politics environment — we're director-led and clinician-first.

The team you'll be joining

Our clinical team includes three dentists, an oral health therapist and a prosthetist, so you'll be well supported from day one. Every clinician here has a different special interest, which means genuine learning opportunities from your peers — a second opinion down the hall, a case to talk through, and colleagues who are good at the things you want to get better at.

• Dedicated Treatment Coordinator to maximize your clinical time and focus on type of work you want to do.

• Nitrous oxide for anxious and paediatric patients.

• Digital Smile Design Workflow available (Staff well trained for smile designs & Transformations)

• A modern, well-maintained fit-out and consistently stocked surgeries, so your day isn't spent chasing consumables.

About you

• AHPRA registration (or eligible) as a Dentist.

• Experienced clinicians preferred — someone confident, patient-focused, and ready to step into busy books.

• Experience with implants, surgical extractions and wisdom teeth will be highly regarded. There is genuine appetite for this work here. If you're not there yet but want to be, we'll support you to grow into it.

• Comfort or interest in smile makeovers is a real plus.

• Warm, reliable, and genuinely good with patients — our community values that as much as clinical skill.
