Job summary

JLegal in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a corporate lawyer with 3–5 years of PQE to lead and support M&A transactions from start to finish. You will draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, constitutions and governance documents, and assist with capital raisings, investment rounds, and restructures.

You will also prepare and negotiate commercial contracts, including services and supply arrangements, while leading due diligence and coordinating deal workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law (private practice or in-house)
• Solid experience with shareholder and corporate documents
• Sharp drafting skills and ability to manage a transaction
• Interest in tech, startups, or venture space is a bonus
• Commercial mindset with client relationship skills

What you’ll be doing

What you’ll bring
