Xavier Knight Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd is seeking a capable Project Leader to drive civil projects in Sydney, from concept through to completion. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and builders, shaping innovative solutions for the built environment and advancing XK's strategic growth.

You will lead a team of engineers on key assignments, participate in structured CPD, and contribute to broader business opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with professional accreditation or eligible for registration.
• Experience leading civil engineering projects in built environment settings.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and project partners.

THE ROLE

• Lead high-profile projects across Sydney from concept to completion.
• Apply and develop your technical skills to creatively tackle complex engineering problems.
• Representing XK, you will manage and develop valuable relationships with project partners, including architects, consultants, project managers and builders.
• As a key member of our Project Leader Team, you will have opportunities to contribute to other big-picture business opportunities according to your interests and skills.
• Regular professional and technical development through structured CPD sessions, mentorship, projects support and guidance.
