Job summary

NBRS is seeking an experienced Associate Architect in Sydney to lead multiple projects from inception through delivery. You will manage client relationships, coordinate consultants, and drive design excellence while mentoring project teams.

The role requires a proactive leader with a track record in education facilities, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to balance design ambition with practical delivery. Join a multidisciplinary practice focused on innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Registration with the relevant State-based Board of Architects.
• Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience across all project stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from inception to delivery with design excellence and technical quality.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultants and lead internal/external teams for successful outcomes.
• Support Principals in delivery, business development and strategic growth.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive culture.
