Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking an Assistive Technology Support Technician to join our Tech Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis in Tonsley, Adelaide. You will provide high-quality technical support across Australia and New Zealand, helping therapists, customers, and partners while gaining in-depth product knowledge.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows and iOS environments, configure new devices, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
• Experience in technical or help desk support environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and channels effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot OS, software, and device issues on Windows and iOS.
• Configure and prepare devices for customer use and maintain records.
• Escalate hardware or software issues as needed to appropriate teams.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer outcomes.
