Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues, configure devices for customers, manage records, and contribute ideas to improve support processes. This permanent, full-time on-site role at our Tonsley office starts early December 2026 with a supportive, global team behind you.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or help desk.
• Solid knowledge of Windows; MacOS/iOS familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to users via phone, email, chat and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot OS, software, and device issues across Windows and iOS environments.
• Determine if issues are hardware- or software-related and escalate as needed.
• Configure and prepare devices for customer use and maintain records.
• Suggest improvements to support processes and customer outcomes.
