Tobii Dynavox is seeking an Assistive Technology Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and test devices at our Tonsley, Adelaide office. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality repairs and timely returns to users.

The role emphasizes structured troubleshooting, documentation, and adherence to Tobii Dynavox procedures, with potential for future full-time hours.

Competenze

Certificate III in Electronics or higher relevant qualification.
Hardware diagnostics and repair experience.
Familiarity with ESD-safe work environments and hand tools.
Clear written and verbal communication; basic MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

Inspect devices and identify faults, completing repairs per Tobii Dynavox procedures.
Support device configuration (Windows licence, testing, quality checks) and small assembly tasks.
Handle equipment safely and maintain an orderly repair workspace.
Record assessments, work completed, parts used and repair outcomes in relevant systems.
Coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues and return equipment within service expectations.
Contribute ideas to improve repair quality, consistency and customer outcomes.
