Ritchie Brothers is seeking a hands-on site supervisor in Western Australia to coordinate site prep, auction ramps and yard operations. You will oversee equipment layouts and ensure sale readiness while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Responsibilities include budget-conscious refurbishing planning, liaising with subcontractors, and directing staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure a smooth sale process and adherence to corporate standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate site preparation, auction ramp and loading ramp.
• Oversee the yard layout and equipment lineup.
• Ensure the sale site is safe and up to Ritchie Brothers standards.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations of the sale location.
• Plan refurbishing schedule and budget; control purchase orders and cost sheets.
• Liaise with subcontractors.
• Ensure equipment is in sale-ready condition.
• Arrange directional, parking and yard signs.
• Ensure proper attachment removal.
• Ensure equipment has fuel, oil and antifreeze.
• Supervise operators and yard staff daily, including scheduling of day-of-sale casual staff.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with corporate and legislated health and safety and environmental policies.

• Responsible for daily Supervision of operators and yard staff including scheduling of day of sale casual staff.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all corporate and legislated health and safety and environmental policies, regulations and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
