Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Village Manager to join our flagship mining operations on a FIFO basis from Perth. You will support village operations, supervise teams, and contribute to safety and HR compliance on site.

You will report to the Village Manager, bring strong people management and project coordination, and help identify improvements. A current WA Manual Driver's Licence is mandatory to operate site vehicles. Remote-site experience is desirable.
