Job summary

Funlab is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our Perth venues across Karrinyup, Carousel, Fremantle and the CBD. You will lead shifts, drive guest experiences and develop future leaders across multiple experiences such as Strike Bowling and Hijinx Hotel.

Join a high-energy team and own operational performance, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and commercial outcomes for a leading Australian entertainment group.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or QSR environments.
• Track record of guiding high-volume teams to deliver guest experiences.
• Ability to take ownership and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead venue shifts from start to finish.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Coach and develop your team to perform at their best.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity and venue performance.

We're currently seeking experienced hospitality and entertainment leaders to join our teams across Karrinyup, Carousel, Fremantle, and the CBD with a range of exciting management opportunities available.

Home to Strike Bowling, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers and Hijinx Hotel, our venues deliver everything from bowling, arcade games and mini golf to immersive challenge rooms and unforgettable events. With multiple experiences operating under one roof, no two days are ever the same.

We're looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership, developing great people, driving results and creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll partner closely with the Venue Manager to lead performance across operations, people, guest experience and venue success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and lead venue shifts from start to finish
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through visible, hands-on leadership
• Coach, develop and empower your team to perform at their best
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity and venue performance
• Lead with curiosity, solve problems quickly and make confident decisions
• Manage labour, operational standards and shift execution
• Recognise great performance and provide timely feedback and coaching
• Support recruitment, training and development of future leaders
• Partner with the Venue Manager to deliver business initiatives and commercial outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, retail or QSR
• A strong track record leading high-volume teams and services
• Someone who takes accountability and follows through
• A natural coach who enjoys building capability in others
• Strong commercial awareness and an eye for venue performance
• The ability to stay calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure
• xcellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
