Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd is seeking a Venue Manager for Holey Moley in Adelaide to lead a busy entertainment venue and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll inspire a high-energy team and cultivate a culture where guests feel welcomed and excited to return.

In this role you’ll drive revenue on shift, manage rosters and recruitment, ensure RSA compliance and Working with Children checks, and mentor staff to uphold exceptional service across front of house and back of house.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing a busy entertainment/hospitality venue.
• Valid RSA and state-approved managers license.
• Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manager & oversee operations: Take control of front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, recruitment, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more
• Cultivate culture: Build a collaborative, inclusive vibe that makes coming to work exciting
• Grow and shine: Amplify your skills and those of your team while mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue

What You've Got

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a busy entertainment / hospitality venue
• A valid RSA, relevant state approved managers license and Working with Children Check
• Availability to work nights and weekends. After all, that’s where the action is at!
• An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
• Experience in driving revenues on shift
• Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities
• Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
• A desire to show off what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
