Job summary

Colonial Group is launching a new entertainment and hospitality concept in Northbridge. You will lead a guest-focused team across front-of-house and events, driving revenue and creating unforgettable experiences in a seven-day operation.

The role requires at least 1 year of people management, RSA and Working with Children checks, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Nights and weekends availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• RSA certification and Working with Children Check required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience driving revenue on shift.
• Proactive with sense of urgency and positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Support Your Team: Inspire and coach a high-energy team of customer service, bartender and function host pros
• Handle Operations: Take on front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more

What You've Got

• Minimum 1 year people management experience
• A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
• Availability to work nights and weekends. After all, that’s where the action is at!
• An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
• Experience in driving revenues on shift
• Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities
• Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
• A desire to show off what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
