Job summary

Funlab, a premier creator of competitive socialising experiences, is hiring an Assistant Venue Manager for Archie Brothers and Hijinx Hotel in QV, Melbourne. You will lead a guest-focused team, drive revenue, and transform spaces into unforgettable FUN destinations.

We value a people-first culture with learning opportunities, wellbeing support, and inclusive initiatives. Nights and weekends are required in this seven-day operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
• Experience in driving revenues on shift.
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organised planner who handles multiple priorities.
• Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
