Job summary

Funlab, a leader in competitive socialising experiences, is seeking a Venue Manager for Point Cook. You will lead a high-energy team across Strike Bowling, Holey Moley and Archie Brothers venues, driving guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience managing a busy entertainment/hospitality venue.
• Valid RSA, state manager license and Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
• Experience in driving revenues on shift.
• Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hands-on, guest-focused team to create unforgettable experiences.
• Drive revenue through upsell and guest-centric service.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations: rosters, recruitment, training, P&L, forecasting.
• Transform the venue into the ultimate FUN destination.
• Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy culture and mentor staff.
