Funlab is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead operations at Holey Moley & Hijinx Hotel in Canberra. You’ll supervise guest-facing teams, manage rosters, training, and safety standards while delivering unforgettable experiences.

You bring at least one year of people management, a valid RSA and Working with Children Check, and a passion for revenue growth, guest service, and a positive, proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
• Experience in driving revenues on shift.
• Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities.
• Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders.
• Desire to show off what you've got and what heights you can take the business.
