The Bended Elbow in Albury is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experiences, and team leadership. You will help drive service standards, coordinate staff, and contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment.

With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will manage operational procedures, ensure compliance, and support scalable growth across a popular local venue. RSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory role in hospitality venues.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to lead from the front and work well in a team.
