Job summary

Zone Bowling Illawarra is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to help run this multi-faceted venue and inspire our team with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll influence venue success and champion our values every day, supporting the Venue Manager while keeping guest experience second to none.

You’ll build strong relationships with corporate and social bookings, manage operations on busy nights, and drive a fun, safe, financially aware venue culture with a focus on guest smiles.

Qualifications

• Valid WWCC or willingness to obtain.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Hands-on leader with multi-venue hospitality or entertainment experience.
• Pro-active and innovative leader who inspires teams to excel.
• Strong relationship builder for corporate and social bookings.
• Good understanding of financial management in a venue.
• Passionate about guest experience and guest smiles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running a multi-faceted venue and lead the team.

As the Assistant Venue Manager for our Zone Bowling Illawarra venue, you will help run this multi-faceted venue & be an inspiring leader to our team! You will enjoy having input & influence over the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
