Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will help shape a dynamic culture and drive performance through planning aligned with business objectives.

You will lead from the front, supervise a team, and collaborate with management on marketing, finance and service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape a dynamic culture for the venue and its team in line with strategic plans. Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development. You will be responsible for driving the performance of the venue in conjunction with the Management team through implementing plans in line with the business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Hands on leadership and accountability of the team, including supervision and evaluation ofperformances
• Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive
• Driving sales to meet targets and budgets
• Controlling operational costs
• Compliance in both regulatory and company standards
• Participating in and contributing to group management , marketing and finance projects

The successful applicant will:

• Have suitable experience in hospitality management
• Have a strong understanding of the hotelindustry, market trends, customer service standards and how to exceed them
