Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers Pty is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Penrith store who is passionate about jewellery and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead the team, drive monthly sales targets and KPI performance, create eye-catching in-store displays, mentor staff, and provide expert guidance to clients while enjoying a generous commission/bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Jewellery knowledge is essential.
• Strong communication and organisation skills required.
• Experience meeting monthly sales targets and KPI’s is desirable.
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Ability to guide and train team members.
• Sound computer skills including internet, POS and spreadsheets.
• Confident and outgoing with a professional appearance.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Assistant Store Manager Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000 Base Salary (dependant on industry experience), PLUS Manager Commissions/Bonus (on average $20k), Plus Superannuation!!!
