Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers are the largest custom Jeweller in Australia. We are seeking a PART-TIME SALES PROFESSIONAL to join our CAROUSEL Store and ignite your passion for sales.

The ideal candidate will have a love for superior jewellery and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Jewellery knowledge is advantageous; strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and KPI’s is desirable.
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Ability to cater to the unique needs of each client with expert guidance and product knowledge.
• Sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale & spreadsheets.
• Confident and outgoing personality with an immaculate and professional appearance.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with new and existing clients.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous!

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to valued clients.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide expert product knowledge for jewellery.
• Utilise POS and basic spreadsheets in daily operations.
• Work WEEKDAYS & WEEKENDS to support showroom needs.
