City Beach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Whitford store in Perth. You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding customer-first service and store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service–focused management role.
• Background in fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality (highly regarded).
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving operational targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• A hands-on, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to coaching and store operations.

• Analyse store performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build capability, drive performance, and support career growth.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to maintain an engaged, high-performing team.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive workplace, meeting all WHS and company policy requirements.

The role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Whitford store who can inspire, coach, and drive success. As an Assistant Store Manager at City Beach, you will support all aspects of store operations while building and leading a motivated, high-performing team. You will champion a customer-first culture, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in supporting the continued success of our retail network.

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

1+ years’ experience in a customer service–focused management role.

Background in fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality (highly regarded).

Proven track record in driving sales and achieving operational targets.
