Beacon Lighting Waurn Ponds in VIC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This full-time role includes the added benefit of every second weekend off.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience or supervisor experience in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Current driver’s licence and hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop your team through coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Drive sales growth across retail, trade and design segments.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that make the store memorable.
• Build trade relationships and engage with loyalty programs.
• Share lighting and design knowledge to help customers make confident decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand.
• Support store operations and safety to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and operational excellence.
