Job summary

Zarraffa's Coffee Salisbury Downs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional coffee and service. This role focuses on people, operations, and store performance, offering hands-on leadership in a busy café environment.

You will work closely with the store team, training staff, managing schedules and budgets, and upholding food safety and WH&S standards. The ideal candidate has restaurant or café management experience and a passion for coffee and customer

Supervisor Responsibilities
